In 1996, Lancôme adopted a “multi-faced” strategy in its publicity in order to highlight the “different maturity levels” of its primary customers. Cristiana Reali, Ines Sastre, Juliennte Binoche, Shalom Harlow, Kate Winslet and Anne Hathaway all represent the brand all over the world.
Seventy years after its creation, Lancôme is now the first in the makeup market. Thanks to its communication strategy, the quality of its products and the ingeniousness of its launches, the luxury house now sells its products in over 160 countries and 18,000 retail points.
